What is colon hydrotherapy?

It is the gentle introduction of warm purified water into the colon via the rectum to release stored faecal matter.

Why have colon hydrotherapy?

The colon is an extremely important organ that handles the end products of food digestion and stores waste products. An average healthy transit time from eating to having a bowel movement is less than 24 hours with a bowel movement at least once per day.

What is involved?

A full medical history is taken followed by an explanation of the procedure. The treatment lasts from 30 - 45minutes during which time warm water is gently introduced into the colon via the rectum. Special massage techniques are used to stimulate
the release of stored matter. No fasting or special measures are necessary prior to a first treatment. Your modesty is preserved at all times by the use of a gown or towels.

Appointments and Cost

Initial appointment 90 minutes. Subsequent appointments (if required) 60-90 minutes.

£55.00 per treatment.

We do not discount multiple colon hydrotherapy treatments because they may not be required.
